이 사이트는 계정을 만들지 않고, 이름이나 연락처를 받지 않습니다. 개인을 바로 알아볼 수 있는 정보는 우리 서버에 없습니다.

이 브라우저 저장소에 남는 것: 날마다 고른 답과 점수(연도, 나라, 도우미를 썼는지), 마지막으로 온 날짜 하나, 큰 글씨로 보기 설정, 순위 시작 표. 브라우저 자료를 지우면 함께 사라집니다.

문제 그림과 작품 기록은 우리 사이트에서 받습니다. 고른 연도와 나라는 이 브라우저 안에서 채점하고, 계측으로는 보내지 않습니다.
오늘 판의 순위는 함대 공용 순위 서비스(ranks.gwirae.com)가 맡습니다. 시작을 누르면 그 서비스가 시작 표를 주고, 다섯 점을 다 풀면 그 표와 오늘 점수, 도우미를 썼는지를 보냅니다. 그 서비스가 이 브라우저를 알아보는 쿠키(rk_k)를 둘 수 있습니다. 고른 연도와 나라는 보내지 않습니다. 이름은 귀래 계정을 만든 사람에게만 붙고, 자세한 것은 그 서비스의 처리방침에 있습니다.
그 밖에 우리 서버는 익명 계측만 셉니다. 집계한 날짜, 화면을 열었는지 판을 시작했는지 끝냈는지, 다음 날 다시 왔는지 같은 단계 이름, 화면 언어, 어디서 들어왔는지 대략을 나타내는 유입 라벨만 남깁니다. IP 주소나 기기 정보는 읽지 않고, 점수나 고른 답도 여기에 싣지 않습니다.
운영비를 대려고 판이 끝난 화면과 안내 쪽에 구글 애드센스 광고를 실을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 구글이 광고를 위해 쿠키나 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있고, 이는 구글의 정책을 따릅니다. 문제를 푸는 동안과 인쇄 쪽에는 광고를 싣지 않습니다.
판이 끝난 화면 아래에 쿠팡 파트너스 책 검색 링크가 있습니다. 누르면 쿠팡으로 가고, 우리 서버는 눌렀다는 단계 이름 하나만 셉니다. 무엇을 눌렀는지는 싣지 않습니다.

보관과 삭제

우리 서버에는 익명 계측 말고 남는 것이 없습니다. 브라우저에 남은 값은 브라우저 자료를 지우면 사라집니다. 순위 기록의 보관은 순위 서비스의 처리방침을 따릅니다.

다만 이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열리는데, 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 우리 페이지에 자동으로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라서 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 뒀습니다. 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다. 다만 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어서, 무슨 일이 있는지 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적어 둡니다.

Privacy

This site has no accounts and never asks for your name or contact details. Nothing that directly identifies you is stored on our server.

Stored in this browser: your answers and scores for each day (year, country, helper used or not), the last date you visited, your larger-text setting, and leaderboard tickets. Clearing browser data removes them.

The paintings and their records load from our own site. Your guesses are scored inside this browser and are never sent with our analytics.
Today's leaderboard runs on our shared ranking service (ranks.gwirae.com). When you start, it issues a ticket. When you finish all five, your browser sends that ticket, today's score and whether a helper was used. The service may set a cookie (rk_k) to recognize this browser. Your guessed years and countries are not sent. Names show only for people with a Gwirae account. See that service's privacy policy for details.
Otherwise our server only keeps anonymous counts: the date, step names like opened, started, finished or came back the next day, the page language, and a rough referral label. We don't read IP addresses or device details, and we don't log scores or guesses there.
To cover running costs we may show Google AdSense ads on the finished-game screen and the guide pages. Google may use cookies or ad identifiers for this under its own policies. No ads while you're playing or on the print page.
Below the finished-game screen there are Amazon book search links. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Our server only counts that a link was clicked, not which one.

Retention and deletion

Our server keeps nothing beyond the anonymous counts. Values in your browser disappear when you clear browser data. Leaderboard records follow the ranking service's policy.

One more thing: this site runs through Cloudflare, which automatically injects a visit-logging script into our pages. We didn't add it, so we've set the browser to block it and nothing is sent. The tag itself is still inserted upstream, so we'd rather you knew.
